Welcome to KAMP STUDIO, where stills of nature and the experiences it brings live on.

About the Artist
Hi! My name is Kailey, the artist behind Kamp. I grew up surrounded by creativity. My mom is an art teacher, so I've always loved trying new forms and styles of art. When I was young, you could always find me drawing, building homes and stores out of LEGO, or drawing floor plans with my scale.
Colored pencils, markers, and pens are the mediums I always fall back on. My Holy Trinity, if you will! As someone who loves to travel, I wanted to create forever stills of the places I've been or the experiences from Mother Nature that inspire me and bring me life. So, Kamp was born.
When I'm not drawing or designing, you can find me on the lake waterskiing, hiking, reading, golfing, or hanging out with my friends and family.

My biggest cheerleader
The name "Kamp" comes from the biggest supporter of my art, my late grandma, Kathy Vehrenkamp. Her house was essentially a gallery of my art. If she didn't have an original, she'd get a print! She loved being outside in her garden, watching the hummingbirds, spending time on the river, and all things floral. So, a lot of the subjects I draw are things I know she'd love. I hope her loving and kind spirit lives on through my work and in the homes my work hangs in.
