Product descriptions, images, availability, and prices may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities when necessary.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or unauthorized purchasing activity. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when required.

We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframes stated on our website or in the relevant product listing. Processing times may vary depending on the product, production method, and order volume.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier or fulfillment partner, delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Kamp Studio is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package arrives damaged, is lost, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can review the situation and help determine the appropriate next steps.

We want you to love the artwork you bring home. However, return and exchange eligibility may vary by product type.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order. That policy will explain which items are eligible for returns or exchanges, how to report damaged or incorrect products, and how refunds are handled.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our posted policies and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, graphics, logos, written content, and other creative materials displayed on this website are owned by Kamp Studio or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or grant you a license to reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use it.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or use our artwork or website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Kamp Studio.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Reproducing our artwork on products for resale.

• Using our illustrations or designs in branding, advertising, or merchandise.

• Uploading our artwork to print-on-demand platforms or digital marketplaces.

• Using our artwork to train or develop artificial intelligence systems without authorization.

• Removing copyright notices or claiming our work as your own.

You are welcome to share our work on social media when appropriate credit is given and the work is not misrepresented. For licensing, collaborations, or commercial inquiries, please contact us directly.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products purchased from Kamp Studio are intended for personal use. Buying a print, sticker, apparel item, or other physical product does not grant reproduction rights or commercial licensing rights.

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, print-on-demand companies, social media platforms, and other external websites.
