At Kamp Studio, we want you to love the art you bring home!

Because many of our products are made to order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at kailey@artbykampstudio.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Orders may begin processing shortly after purchase. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production or fulfillment has begun.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed upon as part of an approved resolution. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
